WHAT TO EXPECT?

This 3 day experience is about you reconnecting with yourself, leave your kids at home, momentarily disconnect from external pressures and take some time for yourself. We will venture inwards using breathwork, play, movement and conscious moments of connection and reflection. All workshops are beginner friendly and are a great place to start your journey towards crystallising your true passion.


Our intention is to create a safe space for you to feel free and open your heart. We will guide you to explore your consciousness, your emotions and intentions, asking questions along the ways and supporting you the whole way through. You just have to show up, we have a private chef who will do all the cooking, brilliant facilitators who will set you up to succeed and plenty of activities that will be fun, inclusive and leave you smiling ear-to-ear. Get ready to shift some energy and move towards a future where you feel more confident, more capable and more connected.

WHERE AM I STAYING?

Re:Treat Yourself Noosa will be held at Bounce Noosa. Carefully designed luxury rooms. Bounce Noosa offers a unique combination of deluxe hotel suites and premium shared rooms. *see gallery for visuals*.

Bounce Noosa is a Californian chic paradise inside the heart of Noosa. Located just one block back from the bustling Noosa River Foreshore. In your spare time, lap up those riverside vibes, hit the famous white sandy beaches, get adventurous out on the water, or simply hang by the dreamy pool that oozes beach club-vibes.

You will be surrounded with like-minded humans who are all on a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. Share in comfortable four bed dorms with your fellow Re:Treaters or upgrade to a deluxe suite for two.

WHAT MEAL OPTIONS WILL THERE BE?

All meals are provided and expertly crafted by our on-site chef. Breakfast, lunch and dinner… we won’t even ask you to do the dishes.


If you have and specific allergies or intolerances, be sure to speak up and let us know. Food will be delicious, nutritious, colourful and plentiful. Meals are a varied combination of non- vegetarian and vegetarian.

WHAT DO I BRING?

Please bring the following;
- Yoga mat 
- Yoga bolster or 2x Cushion
- Water bottle 
- Beach towel 
- Meditation blanket
- Exercise wear
- Swimwear
- Comfortable clothing for group processes

WHAT IS BREATHWORK & COLD THERAPY

The idea of breathwork is simple: when you change the way you breathe, you change the way your body works on a chemical level, providing us access and connection to the emotional, mental, physical, and even spiritual layers of self. The benefits of breathwork include: reduced stress, improved digestion, better sleep and alleviated symptoms of depression and anxiety. Couple breathwork with cold therapy, and now you have turbo-charged your immune system, raised energy levels, burned hundreds of calories and drastically reduced inflammation in your body. Your body and mind will be buzzing and light with confidence, vitality and positive vibes.

Breathwork & Cold Therapy are powerful experiential tools for accessing your own inner healing. As this process can bring up intense emotions and strong physical sensations in some, it is not recommended for those with certain types of conditions including head injuries, heart conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, serious mental health, or other physical limitations. WILL THERE BE ICE BATHS?

We have intentionally limiting the amount of information we provide about the retreat itinary, to support a full open-hearted committment, however be rest assured that there will be NO ICE BATHS on this retreat. Of course there will be opportunities to join us in the ocean and the pool.

MOVEMENT SESSIONS... WHAT EXACTLY DOES THAT MEAN?

Our movement sessions are designed to reconnect you with the joy of being in your body. You will be challenged through various styles of movement to further develop your mind-body connection, honour and celebrate your bodies' capabilities.

DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE TO JOIN?

Absolutely not - our re:treats are an inclusive environment open to all individuals who are ready to shake things up. All activities are optional, and we support you to honour and follow your needs at all times.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

There are plenty of ways to get to Noosa, however please consider carpooling as an environmentally friendly, cost effective, way to connect with your fellow Re:Treaters. Please get in touch if you would like to be linked with other participants interested in doing the same.
